Hi, I’m Tamaki. I'm a UX/UI Designer with a background in customer service and team management. I've always been interested in human behavior and emotions, and I am passionate about creating services and products that enrich people's lives through research and creative thinking.
In my previous job as a flight attendant, I always tried to understand and identified the needs of customers through their words, facial expressions, and behaviors, responded to them, verify their satisfaction, and iterated further to improvement customer experience.
Utilizing this kind of customer-centered thinking, I decided to change my career to UX/UI design because I wanted to help people to live their best life.I incorporate my experience into the user experience design process to identify appropriate issues and propose the best user-centered solutions. In addition, having worked as a team leader with members from various backgrounds, I have strong management and communication skills in terms of time, tasks, quality, and motivating members to achieve goals.

I'm responsible for completing my jobs and eager to learn new things. I am currently looking for career opportunities as an entry-level UX/UI designer or freelance project. Ideally, working remotely or with a mix of office and home working hours.
